Thinking about gettin my corsa sport red topped sum time this year and was wondering how much of a difference there would be from my 1.4 to the 2.0 in fuel consumpsion.
Any advice would be much appreciated
Just been re-edited as i missed about the important part sorry guys.

Going from a 1.4 to a 2.0 is awesome
If you've never driven anything fast before it feels like the fastest car on earth

Right shoot me down here if u want but i swear my GFs XE corsa is just as good if not better on fuel than the 1.4 8v that was in it.
U really had to rev the 1400 to get it to go anywhere, thats no the case with the Valver. Will be a bit different with the manifold and centre section/decat on it tho id imagine.lol

yes well smaller engines have to work harder hence the extra fuel
and xe's are stupidly quick compared to your 1.4 mate and you'll learn how to drive to lol

Bearing in mind tho it is my GF that drives it.lol.
In saying that she isnt scared to stretch its legs, just shes a bit more carefull and dosnt kick its cunt in all the time.
I'll report back when i start driving it lol.
P.S the 1400 was driven hard just to get it to go anywhere.Driving the XE with lowish revs then on the odd occasion, stretching the gears,is just like driving the 1400 all the time.
