HP, simply for the customer service should it fuck up.
For that price and what he needs it for spec doesnt mean much.

Cant really remember. Not shit makes though, some half decent makes. HP etc. Ofcourse you'll find they sell shitty makes too.

If your not in IT (which I think you are) then get a HP for customer service as said. If you are, fook it and buy what ever has a good spec.

Tesco sell HP laptops, theres a (I dont know about specs) what seems a decent one for £350, was almost tempted
