Thought i would come to the place that should know.

having had a slight issue witht he bottom end of the Sport i've sent off the Crank to be reground. had a phone call to say that the crank is BENT!

So i'm after prices, a full X16XE lump, with or without Powersteering, aircon pumps etc.
A new Crank or a Second hand Crank.

Anyone know of prices for the above?

Any help grateful.

You can get a low miler x16xe for around £250 with everything.

I take it a whole engine would be cheaper than a Crank?

I wouldn't say it be cheaper, but iy'll be a lot less hassle.

IIRC, theres a '99 x16xe for sale in classifieds with 43k on it...
