Just plugged mine in, and a screen came up saying "Erase and sync", accidently pressed it and its completely wiped it. Is there anyway of restoring all the music back on to it, or is it just a case of putting it all back on manually?

got to start again i think, i formatted mine accidentaly last year, 4500 songs gone just like that, was a right pain in the arse putting them all back on!
