I started off by wearing shorts and a t shirt but switched to a football shirt after regular tops were impossible to get off! Then the football shirts ended up sopping wet though too so now wear a breathable top which is loads better. Been wearing trackie bottoms but they get wet through and feel a bit heavy depending on the heat. So just switched to some light weight 3/4's, look totally chavy feel so much lighter!

Reason I ask is I met my mates recently after they had been to the gym and one was wearing quite heavy looking combats and a normal t shirt and the other was wearing something equally as impractical!!

So what do you guys wear?

Nike vest, normal joggers and trainers, I can't train with a t-shirt or jumper because when I'm doing the exercises they stick to my shoulders.

A combination of boring jokes about sperm and my no longer use of the number 10 led to this.

I might look a bell end, but at least i break into a sweat when i go to the gym, unlike the reams of billy big arms that go.
