Mates are swapping engines in his corsa from a1.4 8v to a x16xe (astra sport)
Engine turning pver but eml flashes, immobilised ? , How do they wire decoder ring.
Car is an L plate Corsa, Donor car is a P plate mk3 astra 1.6 sport.
Sorry about lack of info, just putting it up on behalf of my mates 
Any help appreciated

you need the ecu, chip and transpoder from the astra

They have that and it is fitted.
I think its running now i'm just awaiting confirmation.
