What did you use to get the pins out?

One comes out easily (top one) but the bottom one isn't budging

IIRC I used a screwdriver and hammer....when you have one out you need to make sure the door is properly supported otherwise the remaining pin will have loads of strain on it and be more difficult to remove

use a screw driver on the lip bit of the pin and just give it a good beating

As has been said, support the door using books or bricks or your dad or something so you are knocking the pin out straight

Trolley jack also works for supporting the end of the door
