get the Gb at the side..any other and u will get pulled..hence why i got GB

Get plain, they will look cool. Have some plain ones on my MG ZS and some D badged ones on the golf mk2. Every car i own will have them from now on .

its either GB or plain ones tbh, but it just the blue on the GB badge, got nothing else blue on the car, works well on the ibiza though with the intercooler hoses...

I really like them, as long as they are standard format with standard size lettering, it shouldnt be a problem, I want some German Style pressed plated for my Audi but all my mates that have them have been pulled and fined £30.

You probably would, anything bar standard UK correct size, font & spacing is illegal & the traffics would have you for them if they feel like it!

Whats the difference between metal plates and the same plates in plastic though to be fair if they're the same size, font and spacing, most camera's are IR now so don't flash now, still see cars from mid 80's with pressed plates on.

had mine on for over a year and never had any trouble

mine are german font, metal plates and with 'F' at the side (i drive a peugeot)
