Was hoping someone would bite on what I said about him having good genes.

Reason is the lad has 50% less lactic acid in his body that the rest of us. No idea why but he does lol. Means he can recover quicker therefore train more than a regular person. Ofcourse this alone doesnt make him great, but helps.

That and the fact he probablly busts his ass in training more than any other olympian!

By next Olympics there will be a new swimming sensation on the scene i reckon, although it goes without saying he deserves to be the most decorated olympian at the moment.

He won gold in his worst event too, I reckon it'll be 8/8. Thing is though one of those golds was that amazing relay, he had to rely on his team mates to pull it back for him

Where did you hear that Ryan, that is surely down to the fact he's an absolute beat of an athlete and not his genes?

I heard he eats 12000 calories a day, he doesn't have a pick on him

Can't reveal my sources Hammer (nah was bodybuilders.com with links etc)

Don't think by training you can actually reduce lactic acid though can you?

I know you can mae your heart and lungs bigger but no idea on that. But, I will find out this afternoon via google
