got these a few days ago and have a few problems, just wonder if ANYONE can help me lol

first of all the bits on the front bumper where it attaches to the car are snapped, but someone has told me to get some off a standard bumper and fiberglass and tigerseal them on

next problem is that i treid putting the rear bumper on yesterday and... its about an inch or so too long/wide

???
