i fitted a k&n filter onto my corsa flair 1.4 a couple of days ago and now the engine is running badly every now and then when i stop the car feels as if it is going to stall and the engine seems to slow right down and then rev back up on its own any ideas anyone?

standard issue with the Corsa B - very common on the 12v too.
remove battery connectors, leave for anything between and hour and 24 (varying reports on here i left mine an hour) and then reattach - this wipes the memory. when you start up the engine re-programmes itself learning as it goes what is the best setting - go for a "normal" drive after you reattach see if that sorts it

because you have tuned the engine so you need to tell the ecu that something has changed, resetting it puts it to what it wants to be at
