I use Maximuscle Whey protein, i think they provide great outcomes, stopped using it for a couple of months. But they are good if used correctly and on the right diet

Im pretty happy with my size/apperence.

Ive been dropping some weight recently, not because I was fat.....just wanted to trim down for going on holiday. Ive been doing some light excersise in the house for the last few months, sit ups pushups free weights & seem to be getting decent results for minimal efforts. 15 minutes in the evening is all I do to just tone up a bit, eating healthier aswell, loads of fruit during the day, nothing late at night, trying to cut out saturated fats, junk food, fizzy juice etc.

Ive been thinking I might join a gym soon as I could see myself getting into it however I dont particularly want to beef up

I have resorted to home workouts tbh, its cheaper and you only have to go upstairs to grab a shower! I want to lose a bit of weight as having a gf makes you forget about self appearance ect, so its defo on my to do list now as my mates are like "Oi Quadz you fat bastard!! lol it can be sorted which isnt a big deal

If your wanting to get big are you not meant to bulk up...apposed to dieting. Fat turns into muscle??

Common mis-conception, fat and muscle are 2 completely different things that can't convert between one another.

Ive just bought some 'USM Muscle fuel' stuff.

Its basically has everything in it for increasing muscle mass.

I go to the gym at least 4 times a week aswell concentrating on free weights so hopefully ill get a lot bigger in a few months if I stick to the program.

Whey protein is a good supplement - I have a shake first thing in the morning then soon as I get out of the gym

Reading up on creatine and I may do a 4 week cycle of that when I come back from holidays, but we'll see. Still not convinced on it just yet.

Main thing is get your diet sorted, eat clean (6 times a day), train hard and sleep - REPEAT

You dont "pile on the pounds", you just up your intake, but eat clean. You just split your normal 3 big meals, in to 6 meals.

If your bulking, you eat more...

If your cutting, you eat less...

You eat 6 times a day to keep your metabolism constantly going. Hardly messes up the working day.

lots of protein, workout and rest, lots of water, if your on creatine etc then lots of water as it mostly swells muscles with water retention. If you want results in weeks then dianabol naposim or anadrol 50's or get on the jabs lol
