Fletcher's a typical Ferguson player....like Silvestre or O'Shea or Brown.

None of them are really lauded as being brilliant but they'll always step in and do a good job without being noticed, i like Fletch

Football managers aren't clever. ?They don't have to be clever. It's about what you know when it comes to football. 100+ caps and a 14+ year career is alot of knowledge.

Organised his finances pretty well hasn't he! You may say his PR did it but I'm sure he knows a good deal when he sees one!

He may sound dumb but he understands the game very well, other wise he wouldn't still be in the England squad, Cappello rates him very highly.
