only done about 500 miles on them so there still in very good condition, just got a few wear marks where the top and bottom of the spring sits in the cups..

Do these just sit in place of standard springs mate?? Or do you have to have something else?? Can't really explain what I mean, but you might understand! haha

they sit in place of the standard spring mate yes just a simple straight swop, would be better if u had uprated dampers aswell but can still be used with standard ones

they are lowering springs..

you put them on the back replacing your old one's

ps, you'll also need uprated shocks for them

No but I meant do you have to have them cup things which you get with coilovers or anything... I said I couldn't explain lol.. Yes I have uprated shocks, and lowered 60mm... How much you got in mind??

basically take ur 60mm spring out and put the 90mm on in no cups required lol

just open to offers realy..

yes sit in normal place, dont need adjuster cups, and need uprated shocks as standards bottom out at about -60mm
