(Items not included are: Timing belt back plate, Flywheel, water pump, Knock sensor, oil pump and crank sprocket.
I can supply a square tooth crank sprocket with bolt and a working oil pump if you want them (free)) Will also include a sump gasket + sump bolts free
Rebore to 87.00mm
Platau Hone
Wossner High performance forged pistons with matching Rings, pins, clips < Direct from wossner) Fitted (0.07mm Clearance as advised by wossner)
ARP Main Studs fitted
New bearings all round
New Seals All round
OE Rods + Bolts
OE Head bolts
Professionally built by an engineer with over 30 years experience.
pistons cost me £450+VAT
Rebore + Hone cost £90+VAT
ARP Studs cost £90
Bearings cost £50+VAT
OE Rod Bolts cost £24+VAT
All The seals and sealing compound came to £20
And labour was £150 + VAT
So thats Over £1000 inc VAT
Run in for maximum of 10 miles (No more running in needed because of the honing process used) has not had anymore miles put on since.
The block itself was chemically cleaned and sprayed with high temp paint before assembly
Bores have been Cleaned and oiled since pictures were taken.
Price £500 - May be able to deliver, ill get a quote if you want one. (Wont be cheap)
