just got my camera delivered, A200. now i was supposed to get a memory stick with it but i cant find it in the box, does this mean that the photos i take wont save? and i cant seem to find how to view ones i have taken, again is this because they can only save to the memory card?

lastly, how much is a memory card lol?

Is it a Sony memory card or a normal SD card?

there wasnt a memory card in the box, which i was assured there would be.

If its compact flash they are cheap as chips even from shops.

Depends what the camera takes...

Compact Flash Type I / II / MicroDrive slot. Memory Stick Duo / MS Pro Duo and MS-PRO HG with optional adaptor

Pixmania or Ebuyer will probably be your best bet, probably better with compact flash i'd imagine

fuck-me. im reading the manual just now to actually try and find out how to get the basics, i think i need a memory card before i can do anything (?)

yes john its ''that'' camera.

ive had my brother check the box n stuff just incase im being a bawsack and not checking properly and we deffo cant find it how much is a card?
