I had a b+m on vts and it was really nice to have..
but the b+m quickshift was a whole new gear stick etc

It looks like a replacement pin.
I've just got an adjustable Forge item for the LCR but it's basically the same as the standard linkage except for the pin the cable attaches to is adjustable left to right.
That looks to be new pin that is either drilled onto the existing linkage or that center metal bracket clips on and moves the pin over to the 40% distance.

No not really. I paid £60 for the Forge item when people made up their own pins in a workshop, drilled the existing linkage and bolted it in. Both work fine. Depends on how much you want to spend .

B&M is essentially the same as the Compbrake one but includes the gearstick, you can change the knob if you like still, wil have a screw head top though unlike the standard stick. Ive just fitted compbrake although griffiths engineering is probably the most cost effective but isnt adjustable.

hey bud i have one! best mod ever... get the ge one... griffiths engineering i think it is... 21 quid iirc... brilliant and easy to fit.... look on 106oc for guide to fit... i also have the b&m one too and its v cool combo...
