hi just went out to go for a drive and it wont start done this yesterday but did go everntully basically it sounded like the immob had kicked in ile just one click but no starting from engine bay but it did start after a few tries went out jsut there same thing just every time i turned the key it just clicked fob is working and all dash ign lights are on after a few more attemps there isnt a click any more any one got any ideas ~? its fitted with a old laserline alrm system

a mate had this problem in his supra, it was because the battery had a low enough voltage to stop the imobiliser working properly but still had enough voltage to crank it over, so new battery and it now works fine.

just tried to jum start it all ign lights on immobaliser light off just clicks once and thats it could it be starter ? or a loose wire off the immob

If its a clicking noise comming from the engine when your trying to turn it over then yes it prob is the starter, but novas are bad for bad earths so check all the wiring first and the earthing straps

no it doesnt it did start today and now its the same prob i turn the key and one click
