Right was driving a long with music playing then a loud bang. Now evey time the amp and sub on etc you can hear the engine throught it eg winning. If you rev it it sounds like a super chager. Could it be the amp gone ?

Possibly a dodgey earth somwhere.

Have you got your phono leads and power lead running next to each other down the same side of the car? This could cause interferance

the power wires and audio wires runnin down the one side isnt the best idea as it can cause interferance, i would run audio and power wires down diffrent sides of the car for a start. then i would suggest checking your earth wire, although it sounds like you may need a interferance blocker. basicly you alternator could be causing a current to flow through the car and causing this buzzing noise. personally i would get a interferance blocker ( under a tener) and see if that sorts it
