Nah, its the lamps that are the problem with morettes! Back of the lamps rust and flake. When my new lamps arrive, im gonna hammerite them on the back to avoid it happening to quickly as it does.

yeah the middle bits are bad for rusting..most when you look through the glass you can see the back of the lamps starting to go...even holes in my mates ones lol
