Its fucking ridiculous tbh. The whole thing is.

Sheff Utd need to accept they werent good enough to stay up, hence why they went down.

f anything it should be the FA or Premier League who pay compo to Sheff Utd as it was them who let West Ham sign Tevez/Mascherano

I do agree however that Sheff Utd need to realise that if they had won enough games in the first place they would have stayed up!!!

Stead is a steady player (no pun intended). really constant and a decent Championship player - don't know why we sold him to be honest.

Also - is this Stead thing real? What's the source cos I can't find owt!

I espicially enjoyed it when he bagged about 20 goals for Hudders before Christmas before we sold him to Blackburn

One of the best i've ever seen in an Hudders shirt. Top fella an all, met him loads of times and always had a good chat with him. None of this "I'm a footballer leave me alone" bollocks.

He's just a local lad done well, and he almost single handedly turned the fortunes of my club around, for me he will always be a legend.
