a have just put a 2.0 in my corsa and theres no spark so cheekd all wires ect and it seems like the coil has to lives a dont no if thats normal or not but when u cheeck it with the tester it lights up the bulib with both sides any ideas what it cud be ?

like a say there seems to be 2 lives to the coil for sum reason ?

no 1 live in then on live out witch powers bottem part of dizzy
coil i fyn try other thigs
do esistand on king lead from top of coil

2 lives to the coil is normal iirc, it just earths one of them when it wants to spark. Is this a fresh conversion or a car that was running but now isnt? Do you have the EM light coming on when you turn the ignition on?

engine came out of anothere car that was runing fine but it in mine and no spark been told cud be crank cencer

Have you made sure there's a good earth between the coil bracket and the car body? I've had this stop the spark before.

all lights are wired up ect all wires have been dun by sum1 thats dun over 30 looms so thats all fine just driveing me mad lol its sat outside and thats all thats stoping me from going

Well just make sure the coil has a good earth. If it still won't start flash the fault codes out, don't forget tho you ALWAYS get the fault code for crank sensor when it's not running.
If it is the crank sensor I have a spare from a dizzy XE.

yeai checked the code and there was nothing coming up on it. never thoung bout the earth to the chassis tho. we painted all the engine bay so we'll have to try and earth it properly to see it makes a difference
