Random but interesting for me anyway, members of CS what do you do around the house, like washing, cooking, DIY etc.....
I'm turning into a house husband I've always worked from home since 2003 and even when my kids came along my other half always entertained them while I worked, but since then she's been off to uni, qualified and is now an NHS slut, my kids recently started a private nursery and my brother manages the company so I'm the house husband most of the week, ironing, cleaning etc... in roughly an hour and a half I'll be picking my kids up and cooking toad in the hole with veg x 2 'a la silva style (already prepared veg in between CS browsing).

The thing is, I'm good at everything round the house and in particular cooking and DIY, and no I'm not the new Paul_J, what do you lot do around your place?

clean my room, hover, dust, whatever
my own washing, wash, dry and iron (dry cleaner does some work bits)
my own cooking 80% of the time.

Everything that needs doing except for electrics and plumbing.
i don't cook everyday, but do if i want to eat something nicer than a super noodle.

biggest chore is cleaning the bathroom as it gets left to become pretty grotty occasionly.

i was given an iron about 18months ago, but it's never been out of the box yet. i get by just shaking out clothes when wet and they don't seem to get too wrinkled.

Keep my room to my own cleanliness standard but do sweet fa else. Do help out the rents sometimes like getting them an alcoholic beverage.

Then when I move out it will be the missus' job. I do my own cooking however

I lived with 2 mates last year and got into a proper lazy mode, used to leave my washing till i literally ran out of clothes, we used to leave the washing up till we finally were forced to do it etc :/ by the time i got home from work i just wanted to chill out, couldn't be arsed with it all, so i got proper lazy round the house.

Moved back to rents after a year and got everything done for me pretty much, lived like a king for a few months then i moved back out and now live with my GF. I'm finding it hard not to be lazy as i was used to it last year, i just get easily distracted from doing the washing up etc. I'm starting to do it more now though as I can tell its pissing her off, but i'm still more lazy than i'd like to do.

By the time i get home from work, make dinner and hit the gym i'm fucked all i want to do is chill out on the sofa!
