http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/720805.htm

So... the rundown:

2001 51 reg
Cost £75,000 new
5.4 V12
Double glazing
TV
Every electronic gizmo you could think of...and then a couple more
Looks superb
155MPH
Handles well
FSH
Enough room to have a small party in the back

And all for £3800? Tempted. Please dissuade me!

(Yes I know it will do about 1.3 MPG)

Amazing cars, my dad's got a 740i that he's selling

I love it, proper barge, proper lazy, and average 17mpg

It's when I see something like that I think why would anyone wanna spend 11-12 grand on a Focus

Yes and its a comfy Barge its meant to be like that!

Will do poor Mpg due to the extra weight of windows etc

Cusin had a 740 (4.4 v8) on LPG and that was not bad on fuel at all!

He's now got a 728i on lpg as a run around with all the TV's and shit...love 7's!

My Bro is actually considering a 728i Sport as he has worked out it would be just as econimical as his Saxo once converted to lpg

Plus if I was buying a 7 I would make sure it was a X plate at the very latest as you will be humped sideways for road tax

The groups mean didly squat

My Cusin was insured on the 740 when he was 23 for under 1k and that was with a crash on his name!

And that's why you should buy it now, all that money that's been lost on it, can't lose much more now

Indeed. 4.3 V8 AMG Merc would cost me £1,100 per year on insurance. 21 1 NCB.
