Theres a car outside my school which I believe has been dumped. Its been there for about 2-3weeks now. The weird thing is though is its insured and taxed.
Can anything be done?

Report it.
If its still Tax'd then not much can be done unless its parked on double yellows or something. Could have just broken down and they've not bothered recovering it yet.

Might be a students car if theres a uni nearby. I reported an untaxed feista (out by 4 months) at work to the police and council then after two weeks i phoned the council again saying its in a potentially dangerous position (which it wasnt but could have been rolled into my store doors) and hey presto it was gone the next day.

The nearest uni is about 3-4 miles away. It just seems strange that someone would leave a car which is taxed and MOT'd on a side road for about 3 weeks.
btw its a mk4 fiesta on peugeot steelies! with some stripes made from tape on it

Dont know about that. The thing is would the council/police be that bothered if its taxed and insured?
Can you check to see if its mot'd for free anywhere?

Why are you wanting to complain about it? its only been 3 weeks, plus your 17 and i take it you go to the college not work there, or you don't own the college? So why is it bothering you lol.
The person could of gone away, or it could of broken down and they're a student and can't afford to get it repaired yet? I've known people to leave their cars for 4-5 weeks before. If its insured and taxed there's nothing you can do, unless as mentioned above its in a dangerous position!
