a just put a 2.0 in my corsa all runing fine then set off to power flow to get the de cat sorted went down motorway pulld off got half mile down the road and it blow a hole in both oil cooler pipes ? any 1 got any idea as to y it may of dun this ? also in 5th at 3000rpm it makes a funny like vibrating noise but then goes after and its only in 5th :S

if its only in 5th gear and doesnt happen anywhere else then its going to be ether a resenance at that rpm in that gear or there is something wrong with the gearbox

a fixd the oil cooler now but wont it off or a better 1 on and the 5th gear thing seems to of stopd lol god nows what it was

ever thought about checking the oil level in the box? Hmmm why you want a better oil cooler?

a would rathere take the oil cooler off as been told you dont need them anyway but no one does the blanking plate amymore
