I really dont know wat to do. I really like the look of the s2 rallye and they are quiet uncommon.. Wat are peoples opinions on thease with a gti/vts engine in?.. Would you rather it over a mint corsa sport 1600? Would the diffrance in power be BIG or wouldnt you not bother and jst tune the corsa to the 130 mark?. (Bought John G's old one by the way)

rallye will keep its value defo! but also will be more than the corsa to buy...it will handle better and is faster...PLEASE DO NOT buy a rallye and ripp the engine out for a 16v option...they are like a rare car...would be such a shame!...why not Gti instead?

No, as i've seen 106's/ Saxo's when they crash, not a pretty site tbh, a Corsa would just survive the crashes that French cars don't.

its aload of tosh about oo french tin cans will just kill you if they crash,a corsa and a 106 have the same euro n cap starts 1 and half out of 5, and the saxo has 2 so your jus as likely to fluff it in a corsa

What Tom said.... Just as safe, if not safer. Plus the 106 will absolutely destroy it. You'll need at least 150bhp in the Corsa to keep up.

plus decent suspension set up that comes near on standard in the 106,as no corsa's were ever ment to come with a 2.0 16v (if you were to go that way to keep up with a 16v pug )

Had a shot of my mates S2 rallye, 8v. Very fast, his has been cam'd, remap, nitrous etc. But in the 3 months hes had it, its broke 2 shafts, and various other problems.
Good cars, just be prepared to fix it often.
