i have a 106 1.5 diesel as my run around while the corsa is off the road.and this morning it struggled to start.it starts fine wen its not so cold but struggles like anything when its cold.anyone have an idea what the problem is?i recently replaced the glow plugs but that never helped

Could be a chipped apex seal or water seal failure.
