4 points in 2 games for Redknapp, very weird game though, but I suppose derbies are. They will be out the relegation zone by xmas.

You'll be surprised what a change can do to players confidence, especially when you bring one in who can actually talk to you in your language. If you play for a manager you like, you will not just take a wage for half decent performances.
