The time has come to break the Corsa. Nothing wrong with it, just moving on bigger and better things. I got the car as a standard 1.4, and to date I've done 3 conversions with it! Firstly another 1.4 16v with engine mods, then moving onto a C16XE with mantzel box and other goodies. And then finally a C20LET. Each one done on my driveway, the best way!

I don't want to even think about the time and money spent on the car, saying that i'd definitely do it all over again That's why I'm keeping hold of the shell All will become clear in the future.

But for now, here are some pics up at my unit just before I started to break the car. And yes I know half the splitter is missing, but I don't think it matters all that much now

There's still a few bits left, i'm only putting them up for as and when they come off the car. And I'm in no rush, but it is almost down to a bare shell now, bar the doors and dash.

It's a mint shell, X-reg, zero rust or holes and I know it's history from the day it rolled off the line. Apart from that it's getting a new engine, f/glass panelling, perspex etc Something for drag and track

Yeah I know, but I get bored to easy! Need to spend my hard earned on something. All the bits have been bought for the new engine, it just needs putting together now.

Rough spec is

coscast head
+2mm inlet and exhaust valves
bronze guuides
double springs
solid lifters
custom cams
forged pistons
steel rods
steel crank

You get the idea
