If I take out a TV / Phone / Broadband package, the online system doesn't seem to have a problem with me putting in someone elses phone number for the broadband. (The broadband is free, i already have it but i would like to activate it on my parents line)
Is this gonna cause a problem if i place the order?

you will only be allowed to have the line for BB on the same line for the phone.
but it makes no difference what number you use.

I'd call Sky and ask... Get the name of the call centre monkey too.

why get the name?
on your account there is a id, mine was 9cr81
9 was the number relating to the call centre you work at
cr is the initials of the agent
81 is just 2 random numbers we could never work it out.
you may get id's without numbers on at all these are the agents that work in the scotland branch/customer relations.
