they have put a screen in my c in and fucked it up, massive gaps everywhere (i was told i will notice the gaps and the edge of the screen is now clean ???? )

seal around the top of the roof will let fuck loads of water in

and the cheapest patten screen avalible, which is 99% the reason it doesnt fit

insurance arent beeing to helpfull with it either, so fucked off TBH as i do look after cars, and stuff like this bothers me massively

can quite easily see me buying a screen that fits from vauxhall at this rate

Yeah, completely different though.

If it's not right, ring auto windscreens direct and tell them to come and sort it out.

Cracked my splitter and thrashed the XE around the block as I was walking to collect it from the unit! Words were exchanged as my car was doing alot more than 30mph and pulled out of the junction rather quickly.

Window was fitted ok though

if you got them out to your door phone them and get them back out, if not find there most local depo and take the car in, but just to be sure find another windscreen fitters in the local area and let them see it and get them to write a report on it and take it with you

Should of specified an OEM screen.

RAC did my S3, told them I wanted an Audi glass and they said fine but it will be an extra day.

http://www.windscreenleak.com/

I also know of 3 people (with Omega's) who RAC have been out to atleast a dozen times to 'sort' out the fuckup they did and still no resolve.

1 ended up going to VX directly to get it resolved and footed RAC with the bill.

They've been fine on my old Corsa B, have used National Windscreens on my C - had 3 windscreens in a year But have been fine each time.

They did break my interior mirror but went and got a replacement, and this last time, the rubber seal across the top is starting to get a bit out of shape but is still ok.

Surely if they've done such a crap job, then a few pics and a letter to HQ should sort something out, even if it takes a while!

my aunty used them for her rear window in her Alfa, they fucked it up and fitted the wrong rubber, so the boot wouldn't open. they ended up coming and fitting the proper one a week later but cracked the new window they had just put in the week earlier

Were fine with me on my Corsa. Never thought of checking mileage to see if they'd been thrashing it around but bothered anyway

I had mine injected and didn't have any complaints. It has also been fine ever since. That was an insurance job.

My dad has always used Autoglass mind, and never had problems.

it would be massibly helpfull with my issue
