Just to see how the people have sorted the coolant pipes mainly. It'd just be good to get a few ideas really.

Alright Dave, I may take you up on that offer. If I can't find anyone closer I shall let you know.

Did you fit the engine?

Stop breaking it then
Any chance you could have a quick butchers at the hose running from the right hand side of the head to heater matrix and see how it's joined?

On my car the pipe on the head is around 20mm and the heater matrix 16mm, Was wondering if Roose do a pipe for this.

you want to fit the header tank off a 16valve..it isnt as pic above and has two pipes on top...theres nothing wrong with the one above just easier to grab a 16v header from scrappy,i reused existing corsa servo pipe but pivoted around on the joins and blanked the yellow valve with a screw

It's not the header tank I as having the issue with, It's the pipe running from under the dizzy cap to the heater matrix.
I did the same with my servo hose and blanked the extra valve, But I changed my mind and made a custom servo line up out of 2 different servo pipes.
My header tank is a 16V one, Well It;s a bailey tank now anyway.

As said Terry, you're welcome to come over and have a nosey at mine. I'm sure mine is a standard XE one though.

If it's not blocked in on the drive I'll take you for a quick blast if you want too

I know you've got plenty of good roads up that way, Used to like the drive back in the Astra

I may take you up on the offer Dave, Hoping to go for tb's or turbo in the future so seeing a tb'd Corsa would be good.
