Is there a guide anywhere for fitting polycarb windows?
I've seen a few people have done them, just wondered if there was a definative way to do it (removing glass without smashing), holding the polycarb in place, what sealer, what seals (if any), best way to fix (sealer, screws, rivets)
stuff like that?
I want to be able to go to the garage, have everything i need and get them fitted without any (or as little) hassle as possible.
Thanks.

get some proper window bond to bond them in, also what windows did you get are they formed to the shame of the old glass?
proper window removal tools are cheap to cut the old glass out.

I got them off ebay, were 2nd hand, but had'nt been fitted.
Look like direct replacment, but i havn't had them up against the original glass.
Do you leave the std rubbers in, or just stick the polycarb into the gap on the doors? Or does it go over the top, where the rubber used to be?
Cheers for info.
