Don't think so for a 1.4 mate unless you spend quite alot of money
You could buy the usual, 4-2-1 manifold, mantzel or copy powerbox, Cat-back exhaust system with de-cat pipe, Coilovers and strut braces all round for handling if thats what you want aswell

If i got;
Cams
Manifold
Full Exhaust
Inlet Manifold
Ported + Polished Head
RR + Set Up
Chip + Rev Limiter Raised
Rebuild with all new Gaskets,Sensors,Arp Head Bolts Etc
How much Power will that be?
Thanks

Probably only around 120bhp.
To achieve around 140bhp you'd need throttle bodies. I'm probably only running about 98bhp and i have exhaust system, 4 branch manifold with air filter

how do you intend to map a aftermaket "chip". You will need aftermarket management. That little list there will cost a pretty penny too.
Better off starting with a x16xe

Changing the Bottom End is to much work,Might aswell put a diffrent Engine in.
Well its just im still quite Young so didnt really want to Change the Engine,But if its going to be worth it More then i might consider it.Also there the Problem of Rebuilding the Engine and Getting someone to Post it,Then Space and getting someone to Fit it.
I just want to see what my Options are at the Min though...
Thanks

the best thing to start of with is a straight through sainless exhaust system, de cat aswell, 4,2,1 manifold, performance vx inletmanifold, wich helps alot, air filter, have it re-maped and chipped. and see where that gets you and how you feel with the power and that's what i have done to mine, and keeps up with saxo vtr.
if you still aint happy with that then consider changeing cams ect, pulleys, have the hed ported and polished, but when you start doin these mods to the engine you wont get your money back on it,
good look what ever you decide to do, oh and i recon it is possable to achieve 140bhp, but you will need a big wallet

With your list you should see 120bhp-130 but thats about the limit really without spending a lot more, to be honest your list would come to more than 1k already. With regard to choosing between remapping/chips/aftermarket management Id recomment a unichip, can have the limit at 7.5k with ARP rod bolts (ran mine to 7.2 on standard internals) and can be mapped to work perfectly with the setup you choose.
I had a very similar spec a few years ago and made 123BHP before the rev limit was raised, would probably have seen 130 if i put it on the RR again with the limit at 7200 because as you an see the power was still rising.
Will be good to see the improvements but for the money a bigger engine will see better results, owever if like me back then you couldnt afford the insurance and wanted to do bits as you went along then go for it

tbh in a few months im going to be sorting my 14xe out with new inlet, filter, manifold, and a flywheel with clutch.. Flywheel will make it faster as it will rev quicker.. Needs a clutch anyway, and i want a bit more poke when doing motorway driving.. Should give it about 100bhp so will be happy with that

tbh for all the stuff on that list it would be much cheaper and less time consuming than an engine transplant e.g. redtop. and when everything is declared on your insurance i wouldnt have thought there would be much differance either.
and the chances of you finding aftermarket cams to suit your car in the scrappy are very unlikley.
