Put my Gaz coilovers on at the weekend, they came off a nova so im presuming they have nova springs on them, the ride is hard as you would expect but if i hit a bump in the road it bounces all over the place.
i dont think the shocks are shagged as their is no nocking noise so is the problem that the springs are the wrong poundage?

I had exactly the same problem, couldnt wind them up very far either, gave up and left them in a box to rot. Got the gaz on the rear with billies on the front.

It will be down to shock stiffness and the type of springs fitted.
Gaz are good, very good

yea i know, going to adjust the stiffness this weekend, if that dosent work ill just buy the right poundage sprigs.
