Hi! I've got an HP L7580 all in one printer type thing and the problem i have is its not printing! It prints the right number of pages and makes all the right noises but no ink touches the page. I'm thinking cartridge/printhead issues but both were installed recently.
Anyone else had this problem?
I've mailed HP but they're usually less than useless and the 'support' stuff hasn't helped either. Have run a test page btw but still nothing.
any help appreciated

Did the person installing the cartridges do it properly?

lol yes i did, i think. It has printed a few things before, havent used it for 2-3 weeks though. Taken the cartridge out, shook it and put back. It shows the ink level is above half way and can hear ink sloshing inside the cartridge.

on the printer settings, go to 'clean print heads' and try 'Nozzle Check', and some have a 'Status Monitor' click that to see what is causing it.

well i still have colour but absolutely no black. It has printed yellow tho and they share the same printhead. So i know it must be a problem with either the black cartridge or black side of the printhead, but dunno which! dam it!
