Got a phone call last nite from carphone warehouse claiming they had taken over AOL, some time in june/july, right thats fair enough but according to them during the takeover our details were lost and all direct debits from july for internetz were not taken, surely this is their fault. a direct debit is a contract by them if im not mistaken and should be up to them to make sure the agreement is kept, now there wanting 160 odd quid for service, when they failed to take money that was clearly there. Wonder if i can moan to them about it being their fault and blag them out of it, or end the contract between me and them, their shit anyway

Also, CPW are spinnign off TalkTalk & AOL so expect tos ee your email addy changed to talktalk.net at some point
