Put the kettle on...
spoon coffe and sugar into mug...
open fridge...no milk
normally this would now involving grabbing of coat, shoes, car keys, house keys, phone, etc....
but not me i have a nice little shop below me...puts shoes on...leaves front door unlocked and goes downstairs ... by the time i get back the kettle water is still hot and pour it in with milk...
1 coffee made..
also have a tesco, bp garage, giant asda, tesco express all around my downstep...on and the pubs next door..
no noise, no trouble...nothing but lazy persons living, dont even need the car works less than a mile off

Most people tend to like flats in quiet areas, but if big supermarkets and petrol stations are your thing...!

Sound. My mate offered me to buy his flat cheap with parking. Problem is, it's 2 minutes from the town centre and i'd just be permanently pissed
Where i live now i wouldn't go the local bars. I'd end up getting stabbed or something
