I'm on my second one now cause the earpiece broke on it, could only talk to people on loudspeaker, the replacements down button is really stiff to press down, rang them up straight away and now waiting for my 3rd one!

I'm on my third after the 6 key started being iffy after a week, then the 4 key started doing the same on the replacement - CPW allow you upto 28 days to take it back and exchange it for another new one

dnt know but my slider is wobbly, so is the camera cover and text is laggy

got mien from mobiles.co.uk says can take it to any cpw if phone becomes faulty didnt say 28days so will try pop into one tm
