used car market is great at the moment.


We got 9.9k for a 2 year old fabia vrs with 20k on the clock (provisionally sold anyway)

Auctions are crazy just now.

We picked up a 07 plate Volkswagen Touran with 3500 milesfor £8500 at the auction a few weeks ago. Sold it for £11,595 last Tuesday.

07 plate Octavia vRS 2.0TDI 170bhp, sat nav, parking sensors, upgraded wheels, ex demo, 13k miles, 13k money. Just gotta get the finance sorted. I swore id never get a silver car. I lied.

auction prices have dropped like a stone. what kind of fool would buy from a dealer in this climate? cars are silly cheap at auction.

and we're only entering the recession...
