Whats the best way to crack the steering lock off, mate lost his keys and its stuck at work

Take off the cowling around the steering column then take off the ignition barrel (The lock is built into this) very easy job.

Flat head, nothing an old chisel or a slightly sharpened screwdriver. Once you have a little grove in it, knock it round a few times then get the mole grips on it take less than 5mins.

nothing an old chisel or a slightly sharpened screwdriver. . . . .wont fix........Just hit it at about a 45 degree angle give or take, then keep doing the same, it will start turning.

Once its off you can still drive, just let the ignition barrel drop down.
