try changing back to the standard airbox this may help as the cone filter usually sucks in hot air from the bay causing flat spots or try heat sheilding the filter!

Anything else? its been rollin roaded at dyno demon and hes more so been told its gettin massive underfueling at 4k-4.8k
Fuel ratio was 14.5, then it dips to 11, so its overfueling then underfueling which is leadin us to the fuel lines and pump.
but with it bein on the tech 1 ecu we can find anyone round here that has tech 1 machinary, even vauxcare only have tech 2's

probably worth putting the standard airbox back on and drilling it with a k&n element. best trying this first before spending money! then if not check all fuel lines and see if the pumps working as it should.

wow its really hard to say! has it always done this or is it jut starting? if its just starting it could be a sensor mass air flow or EGR on its way out??!! can you do the paper clip test on this? maybe worth a try to see if its throwing up any fault codes!
