Am I just being daft? Just that i've found an lg 32inch plasma for 441 quid delivered including wall mount on the net, compared to £469 with no bracket at richersounds. But i'm thinking now, if they did get broke a lot surely they wouldn't offer the delivery service.

Have to include 5 year warranty in the price which i'm not intending to take out.
XSIHardy, not that black and white though sending big tvs that weight 30+kg, could end up a right fuck about, that's my worry.

Run out to the delivery van and check it isn't laying flat. The panel can flex and the glass can break (I've seen it happen more than once). If it's upright is should be fine. I'd recommend getting it through a panel dealer like RicherSounds as mentioned above.

I bought a 32" LCD 1080p TV last weekend for £292. ALDI for the win
Nice bit of kit for what it cost.

Bought it, found it on another website, bennettsonline.co.uk, with a 10% introductory offer and free delivery, total cost of £369. See how it goes, really dont trust delivery men though, seen how most of them throw stuff about.

I used to lash everything in the back of the DHL van, fly round corners etc... just to put your mind at rest

...although I know there's a slight difference, unless you're going to go to the factory and pick it up, it's going to have been in a 'delivery van' at some point in its life!
Whether that's to the shop, or your front door...
