When isit time to settle down???
Does it depend on you're situation, if you have got a good catch or the type of person you are?
Im only 19 in may but yet i find myself in a position of settling down so soon
I wouldn't mind it, but i also wouldn't mind being able to go out and end up where ever i want with whoever i want.
I've been with louise for nearly three years now and i know people who have been together for less time but are married.
do you ever find yourself in the dilemma that you would like to go out having a good time with the lads meeting slags etc, but think that if you break up with the woman you are with you will never get one as good or at all for that matter

Totally depends on the situation. Where you are in life, and when you're ready.
I can't see my settling down for at least 10-15 years
I'm having too much fun.

Why do you think settling down stops you from doing things, it gives you someone to share things with. You just work together to achieve both your dreams.

Shagging tarts is over-rated.
Stick on youporn whenever you feel the urge, you can't catch syphillis from your right hand.

I've been with my gf for last 7 years and haven't settled down yet!
We had choice of deposit on house or enjoy ourselves spend some monies.
She bought a brand new Corsa D, I spent loads on the corsa then bought my TT as house prices were going through the roof!
If you can afford a house then go for it, but I'm in no rush to yet, time will come and sell the cars or save up for deposit again!
Enjoy yourself while your young, none of this getting married, having kids, buying house malarky for many years!

Everyone is different so there is no set age when you should be settled down. You will settle down when you feel the time is right for you and your partner.
I'm 20 (21 in Feb) and have no intentions of settling down. I've found the most amazing girl and in my eyes no one is better than her, and she puts up with my grumpiness which i don't think anyone else would.
I still go out near enough every weekend with the lads but don't go out to meet slags as you put it mate, but always getting talking to a group of girls, so i always have a good time.

No doubt you can but I don't see the big thing about being married personally!

You'd never think i was a miserable fuck
Mobby mate, it seems you have got into a relationship early and you've been in it for a while. But over the last 3 years you haven't done the whole lads growing up thing and you feel you've missed out on it?
At age 17-19/20 i didn't want to get a gf as i just wanted to go out and have a good time as there is plenty of time to get a girl after i've done the lads going on thing. Cos when im 25 i can't see me going out drinking like i do atm.
Have you been going out a lot with the lads whilst you've been in this relationship?

I dont think im missing out on anything
