Will a tyre thats on a 6" 1/2' wide wheel be ok to put on a 7" wide wheel? I am not clued up on this so thanks in advance.

if the tyres are 195s you won't notice any much difference anyways, will be fine!

I had stretched tyres on the rear of my 350z - 295s I think because they were a LOT cheaper than the proper size. Why do you ask? If it's to not save a lot of wonger I wouldn't really bother doing it.

yes they are 195's. and yes they are 6.5 to 7.
