m6 birmingham yes a bloke at my work on the average speed camera's on the 70mph zone which is now 50mph got caught twice in the space of a couple of days

my mom got done with the average speed check cams couple of months ago, she was doing 50 in a 40mph coned section (contraflow?) at about 4 in the morn and hardly any other cars around at all and no roadworks going on. so definately not just to scare

If it's an average speed camera, then they do catch you unfortunately.

Hi unfortunately I work for HA and yes they do work and they don't have to flash,watch out for the anpr cameras mainly around m6 Solihull exit and enterance slips to airport.also we are fitting them in thrpe cats eyes on some a roads.just remember if the sign has a red ring aroundvit stick to it .hope this helps .
