dose the water pump bolt in or dose it screw in? how do you fit it? i have a haynes manual but it dosnt tell you

do i need to put gasket seal on both sides of the head gasket?

Dont put gasket seal on either side of the headgasket, its not what its designed for.

And although Ive never had a 1.2 8V Id guess it pushes in with 3 allen bolts around the outside to hold it in place

so do i just put the gasket on then cylinder head straight ontop? do i need seal for the camshaft housing? cheers mate

Yeah your supposed to put some around the camshaft seals and your best off putting it around the camshaft cover gasket as well because they can be a pain to stop leaking.

And yes, it goes block, gasket then head, nothing in between. Think most headgaskets have top stamped on one side as well so make sure you get it the right way up
