1) whats reception coverage like?
2) whats customer service like?
3) on a whole what do you think of them?

i have always bin with orange ever since my first phone but im tempted to go to vodaphone as orange what £30 a month + £300 for the htc touch hd where as voda want £40 a month + free storm which is a better phone + free internet with them if i read it properly

plus i know someone who works for voda so he may be able to do a deal i dont know .

They have a coverage checker on the website.

I'm sure robbo or bubble will be able to tell you about the customer service.

The storm is nowhere close to being a better phone than the touch HD, I can't think of one thing it does better.

ahh fair enough but is the hd really worth paying 300 compared to a free storm?

I wouldn't pay 300 for it no.

From what robbo and bubble said I don't think there are any special deals on the storm, the tariffs are the tariffs and thats it.

No special deals on the Storm... never used a Touch HD myself but judging by the other HTC 'phones I'd say its nowhere near as good as a Storm

Customer Service is iffy, some poeple are fantastic some are a little useless. Reception wise we have the biggest network (save 3's 3G where they nhave a few more sites than us) so in theory recption is fine, I never have any issues.

We are betetr than Orange thats for sure As John said, check the covergae checker ont he website to be sure

I wouldnt pay £300 for any phone tbh

When i was on them i found them utter tripe! i had signal for 6months then one day i had none in my house an i had to go to the end of the road to get signal. Vodaphone were terrible they gave me 4 different handsets to try and still the same thing. Text messages would take days to send/recieve even in full signal areas. They wouldnt let me come out the contract even though they werent providing a service i was paying for, in the end i had to keep the contract but i never used it.

I will never ever go back to vodafone again.

Stay with orange if i was you i went to them after vodafone and found everything so much better customer services/coverage/ help when the phone broke.

Tell orange you want to leave. Phone companies will normally go to all lengths including sucking your cock to keep your custom

O2 is the best imho. I've been with them since they were BTCellnet and never had problems.
