2003 Zafira Gsi Turbo in Star Silver. Car has covered 65,000 miles but new z20leh VXR engine has only covered 4000 miles.

Engine:

- z20leh VXR engine conversion
- z20leh turbocharger with Courtenay uprated actuator
- z20let ECU with Courtenay Sport stage 3 software
- Courtenay Sport lower front mounted intercooler
- Denso IK24 iridium spark plugs
- Cool thermostat
- De-restricted 1.9cdti airbox
- K&N panel filter
- Pre-cat pipe
- Custom 2.5" stainless exhaust system
- VXR spark plug cover
- Silicon hoses

Transmission:

- Factory 5-speed gearbox with Helix competition clutch

Wheels:

- 18" Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2 alloys
- Refurbed in metallic anthracite & genuine 888 centre caps
- 215/35/18 Yokohama Parada Spec-2 tyres

Brakes:

- VXR brakes all round (not fitted yet)

Suspension:

- Eibach 30mm sports suspension

Interior:

- Half black leather
- Colour co-ordinated dash inserts etc
- Richbrook tax disc holder
- Richbrook gear surround

PERFORMANCE:

272bhp and 290lbft. 290-300bhp should be easily achievable with a further map to take into consideration the stronger engine (uprated internals) and much stronger clutch. Confident the car would be sub 7 to 60mph and sub 15 on 1/4 mile..
